Important recruiting dates to remember

At 12:01, just under four hours from now, we enter a three-day dead period.
The dead period will end at 12:01 a.m. on Thursday, which then starts the push to signing day until midnight on Saturday, Jan. 28.
On Sunday, Jan. 29, at 12:01 a.m., we have a 24-hour quiet period followed by dead period that lasts until the day after signing day.
Should be a fun next couple of weeks.

What are the chances of getting in some new faces before NSD, just doesn't seem to be to much positive news around with DGB or Edwards in addition to TJ and stories about PJ floating about..
Is it a case of keeping what we have solid now, or will some new names pop up to replace the likes of TJ ?

Also I was thinking do you reckon the Texas staff had known about TJ and how he was feeling even when he was still saying he was committed etc....or was this just a bombshell?
Lastly do you think the UA week had anything to do with, maybe a week with brewer and maybe he wasn't feeling it or just not a good bonding session with his texas team mates ?

They had to have known that TJ was not solid. It's clear from past history that Mack has people who monitor the interwebz, so the staff had to have known about the Twitter activity with TJ that was very Oregon focused and the predicitions of other visits.
With that in mind, you would have thought that they would have noodled on their back-up plan during the most recent dead period. I just seems like they have lost a few days if they wait until after the next dead period to try and gain traction with some guys. Why wouldn't the staff contact them this past weekend and let the new target(s) mull it over during the dead period. Maybe those guys could initiate calls to the staff during the dead zone. JMO.

I've been gone for a few days. So by the tone of some of my fellow posters I am inferring the odds on DGB and ME has declined. Is this correct?
I really figured we had a chance with ME. I can't imagine a young kid not wanting to play for in this Diaz system. Oh well I guess.
