Been to both many times as I passed thru. Coopers has better seasonings and the lines are longer but moves faster.

I guess we have slightly different (although both great) tastes. I've owned property & lived in Llano off & on for 35 years. My husband & I now live there 4 days a week and here 3. We eat at both. Primarily at Inmans.

Cooper's is good except for their Pork Ribs. They were real dry when I went there. Laird's Brisket and Sausage is good.

Love Salt Lick (original). Have not been to the RR location. Like the Pork Ribbs at Stubbs, the largest I have eaten. Like Iron Works also. Donn's used to be good, haven't eaten there in years.

Same here Bruce... Iron Works is good too!
Forgot to mention a place that burned down 4-5 years ago was Bert's BBQ on 19th st. across from the Jack Brown's cleaners... I went to it in the late 70's/80's for the T-Man's Special! Great stuff...

Yep, have eaten there. Not one of my favs, but good for lunch. House park too, inexpensive.
