I say Eastern Idaho Technical College. He has to go JUCO or CC to play 4 years, since the transfer will eat a year if he goes to a 4 year school, and he's subject to the 5 year rule.

EITC is the closest JUCO or CC to the Grand Tetons, and he apparently needs some inspiration.
