So, does the fact that Mitchell's brother is being so heavily recruited by the basketball staff help UT's chances? I've heard quotes where he wants to go to the same school as his brother and the fact that basketball recruiting occurs so much earlier than football recruiting, maybe he and his brother are at least talking about destinations that work for both? Is there any other teams on mike's list that have the basketball staff hard after his brother? Is this maybe why UT remains in the mix (based on mike's favorable comments later) even though they hadn't shown much interest till recently? Am i crazy in thinking if we offer this goes down quickly?
Longhorns DO or they DO NOT...There is no TRY!
For the first time in awhile, I think Dontre is getting nervous
about all the talent assembled in Eugene and just might
surprise me and announce before the end of May...if so,
I like our chances better now...
D.C. Horn makes a VERY good point--ie, "you cannot have
ENOUGH speed on your team"--there is little doubt that
young man has "playmaker" written all over him...I think
he offers so much more in skill sets than DJ has demonstrated
thus far, save explosiveness in the run game...versality is a
KEY factor that I am sure Major has not overlooked here...
I like me some "luxury" when it comes to "playmakers"!!
