  • Boy, if that's what it takes to be an elite Defensive coach in the NFL, I'm glad I'm a carpenter. I've always said it's a gladiator sport and it is. I love watching it but the mentality behind can certainly make me want to get ill. Won't be missing him on the sidelines. It does seem that what is said in the locker room should stay in the locker room but I think those days have passed.

  • Total Punk. Trying to ruins someone's career for a single game. I hope the pus pocket get's banned from the NFL for life.

    Wow

    Pretty much my exact reaction.

Openly talking about targeting ACLs and ankles and "affecting the head"....can't see how he coaches again with that out there.

  • I'm really trying to get upset about this, but I just can't.

I'm not upset about it by any means but I do think it's extra grimy to bribe your players into "checking on" a recently concussed player. That's a dude's brain.

  • Disgraceful. But the bottom line is pretty much every locker room has this going on more than likely. It's awful to intentionally try to hurt a man like that. Concussions are no joke and I hope this guy never coaches again.

  • I love football, but if a guy can't remember his grandchildren's names when he get's older because Greg Williams told his players to "kill his head" just to win a football game, then there is a sick mindset in today's game. We all know that football is a contact sport, however we expect injuries to happen accidentally and not on purpose because of a bounty. Also to learn Warren Sapp got upset because somebody "snitched" about this is also sad to hear. Whoever informed the league of this occurrence saved a lot of guys from a lot of major injuries to come in the future. The NFL should send all future Concussion lawsuits to Greg Williams and make him pay it out of whatever money he has left from his sad NFL career as an assistant coach. I was also appalled to hear that Drew Brees called Sean Payton a "great man" and disapproved of his suspension. Any man that knows that something is going on that is purposely injuring players on the field and is looking the other way or not trying to stop it is not a great man, but a coward......just my twocents and my rant is done....
