ESPN picks up Champions Bowl through 2026

Looks like it is a done deal and at about the $80 million per year the Rose Bowl got. Per the Sports Business Journal

Isn't this just the TV portion? I would guess this does not include the ticket sales, but could be wrong.

This article says that the money will be split evenly between conferences rather than all 24 teams getting an equal share, which means Big 12 teams get more on average than SEC teams. Not sure if this is a guess or if he's seen the contract.
