"Disaster avoided"?? Had we lost, the odds of a coaching change would've spiked significantly. So did we really dodge a bullet?
Disciplina praesidium civitatis
Tired of both coordinators getting cute...
They can't get people's attention because they are not sitting people. Until they use the nuclear weapon of benching players, well, you will continue to get what you get. What is wrong with the Oline that it can't play with anybody real? What is with our defensive coaches? How long will it take them before they figure out how to put the right players on the field and in the right schemes?
KSU hung half a hundred on TT and held them to 17 points. We have them next week. Lets see what excuse the defensive coaches line up for next week if they don't fix this busted dam before that game. BTW that's also a team we handled fairly easily last year. It will tell the tale of where two cities have landed IMO.
Agree but don't think Mack should leave because of the Kansas game more like the last two years.
If the Longhorns don't do a great job down the stretch, it would mean that Mack hasn't done a great job to get his team ready. If that's the case over the final four games of the regular season, then Saturday's near embarrassment could be the kind of loss that simply prolongs the inevitable.
I think the inevitable is about to take place. Manny is not coming back. I have serious doubts about Mack's return as well.
Mack saw someone with a goat.
A loss would have been what they deserved and what we actually need to have MB replaced. These ugly wins only serve to delay what a loss to Kansas would ultimately provide. A real head coach. Does Mack not realize that he has turned a proud program into an embarrassment. Wake up DD.
