ou didn't care when it's recruits/players sold weed, bashed one another's heads w/ baseball bats, kidnapped girlfriends w/ screwdrivers...why would they care about [alleged] rape?

That was a mistake because he remained academically eligible his entire career.

At the same place that kept Dexter Manley eligible even though he couldn't read. Dez wouldn't have lasted a month at Texas.

Of course he's innocent until proven guilty, but based off the report that was posted it appeared cut and dry. We'll see.

Remember that report out about schools doing criminal background checks? and how OU and TCU were two of the schools using them, but apparently for different purposes. TCU had no kids with criminal backgrounds while OU had like 7. I suggested that OU was doing the checks so they'd know who to offer. Add some more evidence towards the theory.

reports are saying he admitted to the assault with police. Thats pretty open and shut, and the girl tested positive for trauma as mentioned earlier. Its questionable if he could even get into Junior College with his grades - there is no way OU or A&M offers an admitted rapist. His football playing days may be over

A&M had moved on based on what I was told a couple of weeks ago and the word now is that he's off of the board for Oklahoma.
