He's talented but I don't think his experience will put him on any short list for the decision makers.

By no means is it a sure thing but at same time by no means is it out of the question either.
Today there are only 2 sure hit HC in the college game and they both are at orher programs that are equal to ours. So getting either of those 2 are extremely unlikely. So that means you have to take a chance somehow and if (IF) major does well as OC between now and when mack retires then that is just as likely as naming muschamp as HC in waiting with no prior HC experience. At least that is my opinion.
But again a prerequiste for it to happen is major has to perform exceptionally well as OC.
