Why can't Dallas draft like Pittsburgh or model their team after them? Pittsburgh rarely reaches and drafts according to need. Idiots like Jerry make Pittsburgh look so smart every year and all they use is common sense.
Select the best player available at a position of need and make sure the value is warranted. Don't spend large sums of money on free agents, draft smart, develop talent.
No way. I'm ok with that pick if it comes to fruition
"I don't hate you, I'm just not necessarily excited about your existence."
I would love it. But I'm just worried it won't happen if Kiper predicts it. Ha.
BTW, the other mock today I saw was from Scouts Inc. who had the Bucs taking Damontre. I know that obviously wouldn't be your preferred DE (Okafor), but as long as they stay somewhere on the DL with their first pick today I'll be happy.
I'd like to see the Texans make a move on Tyroil "Smoochie" Wallace in the third round. And then maybe Ibrahim Moizeus later.
I would be ok with Damontre, man. We just need DL in the worst way
And of course they go CB. I dunno, people I'm around seem happy with it thinking they can go DL next. Guess we will see.
I'm hoping they trade Banks for someone on the DL. Every single year i'm disappointed in our draft (sans last year with Martin). I get my hopes up yearly. When we have a need, they go for the complete opposite.
Wouldn't it be nice if our Bucs got lucky and grabbed Lacy to go with Martin? A man can dream...
Welp....not exactly the day I expected. Lol.
You and me both, amigo. Here's hoping tomorrow brings a few (good) surprises
Well since this is our private Bucs Draft thread, I'm pretty happy with the draft now that it's done.
I like th distribution of positions. Glad to see the changes at RB. Intrigued to see a new QB in town. Like the value they got in Gholston and his flexibility. I'm intrigued by Means from Buffalo.
See where it goes, but I'm happy with it. Also saw an interesting stat as it relates Shiano's eye for talent and ability to develop them while at Rutgers: Miami, Michigan and Nebraska in total had fewer draft picks than Rutgers (7) this week.
