After making fun of Vince and laughing at his predicament, whilst getting 44 (and counting) down votes in the process, Cutlip tries to make up for it by sucking up to the board.
I agree with what he said. Doesn't change my opinion and doesn't really go against my opinion either. So I'm really not sure why you are saying I'm sucking up or why you think this is funny?
Boy oh boy.
Just not the sharpest knife in the drawer are you?
It's reallly, really not hard to figure out, but I'll try to help you -
* You are a fan of some other team, you won't disclose.
* Since you have little or nothing else going on in your life, you feel the need to come on a Texas board to rip one of the greatest college players in the history of the game.
* So what if he hasn't had a stellar NFL career?
Somehow you think you are elevating anything by your post? Seriously? Whew.
I find it amusing you have the time to go to another team's board just to flame. And then are somehow concerned because you are getting ripped? This is difficult to understand?
I also find it amusing that zero talent anonymous internet posters who have never done anything athleetically in their entire live's, rip athletes. When someone is pathetic, they can either raise themselves up or drag someon down.
Do your analysis on your team - see how funny you are on your own board.
You can do the math on yourself.
I'm in your kitchen TH.
Oklahoma public school system shows off well in your post.
Critque that system real quick, why don't you? I think Ok and Mississippi neck and neck nationally.
Let's see, Bradford and who else with stellar QB numbers in the pros? Who's working for Pontiac dealers now that your other stellar QB isn't? You know, the one Stoops had no idea was working there. Yes, Bob doesn't know where his starters are working......
Better yet, let's talk about the orange jump suit Sports Illustrated front page, if you want to talk about sooner QB's.
Tell me where I'm wrong....
The whole post is incorrect. However I do appreciate you joining the discussion. You're just the type of poster I was hoping would show up.
You should know that while you are questioning my "book learnin" I'm playing you like a puppet. I guess your fancy edumacation isn't much help now.
Hey Cutlip, SMD
I like to throw a little smack as much as the next guy, but this thread has descended to depths that are not befitting the burnt-orange blood most of us carry in our veins. Gentlemen, I deplore you. A little decorum, please.

Yeah, I figured as much, simply a zero who needs to flame. Your choice of anonymity says it all pretty much.
I could care less if you think you are playing me - it's just amusing for a while to see how much time you'll actually spend on someone else's board. And, when you get off the internet, your mom wants you to take the trash out. (The movie Score with DiNiro is classic in regards to describing troll internet nerds)
What I'm doing is simply feeding the troll, but you just don't get it.
The whole post isn't incorrect, perhaps only who you are a fan of. The post is spot on.

So, only All-American MNC-winning QBs may criticize other All-American MNC-winning QBs?
“Kansas may wind up number one in these polls, but that would be so unfair to Texas...” -- Len Elmore, 2/13/11
I like you Tulsa. I am just disappointed in you generic message board flames. I was hoping for more from you but that's probably too much to ask. I kinda wished you would've joined this discussion sooner. And not sure where this whole "fan of another team" thing comes from but whatev.
I tell you what. As opposed to attacking my pigskin allegiance why don't you go back through the thread and show me where I posted something regarding Vince that was incorrect. I'll even let you continue to call me names while doing it.
Coach Cutlip, what you've just posted is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever read. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response's were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone on this board is now dumber for having read it. I award you no upvotes, and may God have mercy on your soul.

Bobby, why is this gooner trash allowed to belittle Vince on our board ?
He brings nada to the discussion and is an Ahole to boot.
He needs to go.
Toughen up snowflake.
The whole thing? You didn't like any of it?
Show me one thing in any thread I wrote that said you were incorrect. Do not pass Go, do not collect $200.
Reading not your strong suit, eh? Must be that "book learning" you referred to.
Never "attacked" your pigskin allegiance, only asked you to have the balls to name it. You claim not to be a sooner, but have sooner or aggy written all over you. Tsk, tsk. You really don't read well, do you? Mayhaps you can find a remedial class or two.
A troll is a troll - You are what you are. Don't be so sensitive about name calling. Really now. I expect more from you.
Nothing the matter with being generic if it's spot on. As it was.
Did you get the trash out yet?
For all your talk, you're easy to play.
I don't know this for a fact but I'd guess the mods probably think more like Coach Cutlip does. They're pretty honest in their evaluations of Texas players.
Youre too emotional. Take a breath. It's of If someone disagrees with your point of view. I'm a Texas fan even had season tickets 2 years ago. Satisfied?
This irony isn't lost on me TH

You're a lying sister fluckin' mullet.
You can't wrap your head around the fact that a Texas fan can appreciate what VY did in his time on the 40 and be critical of what he's done the last few years in the NFL. Imagine my suprise
You can't wrap your head around the fact that it's not the critcism, it's the jackass way you did it. And your subsequent foolish tirades.
It's no surprise, the internet is loaded with guys like you. It's their Valhalla.
If it's nothing substancial, be sarcastic, critical, and "funny".
My foolish tirades? You have very selective memory which benefits you a great deal in situations like this.
That's a bit of a stretch don't you think?
It's less the criticsim but the viceral nature of it by nobodies. Chicken fecal matter guys who post anonymously are annoying. The easiest thing in the world is to sit on your backside and type in criticism. Internet and call in radio critics who wouldn't dream of expressing ideas to someone's face dominate now a days. Maybe that's your cup of tea, it ain't mine. Chicken fecal matter guys. That's my opinion, and youi have yours. Maybe you have a radio show call in handle to critique the staff instantly after every game.
Have at least played a single down might be a decent criteria. Or before you criticize a "scheme", at least have some idea of what one is. And know the difference between scheme and execution. It just doesn't happen. Maybe it's just me, but I think you should have some knowledge of the thing you are talking about before you rip into someone. My oft used retort to the internet coaches goes along the lines of, "Well, if you are so critical of Harsin, how many milliseconds of you in a room with him and just a chalkboard would it take for you to understand you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about?" Harsin picked arbitrarily, and millliseconds is the correct choice for units of time.....
By all means question stuff, or even criticize, but as I said, the viceral nature is insane. Everyone has a right to an opinion, that's fine. It just helps to have an informed one.
The mantra of the uniformed is, "Well, it's not rocket science" or, "It doesn't take a TV repairman to know the TV doesn't work". True. But it takes a repairman to know why something doesn't work. People criticze not just the outcome, but somehow they have convinced themselves they know enough about the x's and o's to tell the coordinators what to do. I haven't see all the posts on this site, but I've yet to see a "scheme" critic know the difference between scheme and execution.
It's like the old saying, "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt". Or even better, "It's not what you don't know that bothers me, it's what you do know that just ain't so".
But, whatever. Nothing I say would sink in anyway.
