Texas offered Trey Quinn per Sonny Shipp of Geaux247
National Director of Scouting & Recruiting Analyst
4.39 40 isn't bad.
Pretty fly for a white guy.
Peeps in Louisiana think he eventually ends up at LSU, but doesn't hurt to try for sure. Would be a good scheme fit at Texas IMO.
Posted this link in a threat earlier...
Let’s take a closer look at what makes the four-star wide receiver so special and where we think he ends up come signing day.
Starting to think Texas may offer more 2014 LA players than LSU...Texas near the top for DB Roberts, Fournette to commit to Mack & Co, NOLA offers all over the place, & now today's offer...
think Porter is trying to make a difference?
What the hell is going on around here?
Well, first, Fournette's not going to Texas...I've seen GH's post about Fournette
As for the LA recruiting, I would say both Searles & Porter have pushed for Mack to move into that area, having both coached @ LSU
I really, really like this kid. His film is awesome.
I like this
Please God, grant UT a third "Shipley." Like pepper said, fly for a white guy. I think that's descrimination. Us white folks, is a minority in this country.
Wow, How in the hell did this thread switch to race all of a sudden? Pretty dumb to me.
LSU has created some bad karma with players and recruits too. Not saying it will make a difference but it could give us a shot.
seriously. Is tongue in cheek humor and self deprecation completely lost in todays society. It was innocuous off beat humor. As a white guy I laughed.
Who does LSU not lead for? That's the question evidently. They may over sign 45 this year.
Why are you always the voice of reason? I'm tired of it and it needs to stop. Now.
"Well, first, Fournette's not going to Texas.
that one is kind of hard to imagine happening for Texas. i've never read anything but a very heavy LSU lean w/ Alabama a slight possibility. we can hope.
the last i checked New Orleans had the 4th most former HS players in the NFL. a great pipeline if we can get our foot in the door there. unfortunately the 2nd most is the greater Houston area. we've been beaten up badly there for quite some time. it's a problem and it shouldn't be.
The way we use Jordan and Jaxon Shipley? How are they used any different than any other WR at Texas?
