Bottom 5th: Johnson RBI single to center; Gottsacker scores from second
Horns going against another quality OU pitcher today in Dillon Overton (6-1, 2.55). A loss today would guarantee the Sooners win a series against Texas for the first time since 1998.
Oklahoma: Dillon Overton (6-1, 2.55 -- 41.9 IP, 11ER, 47H, 45K)
Texas: Dillon Peters (1-2, 2.68 -- 40.1 IP, 12ER, 38H, 24K)

Beautiful day out at the park today. Hopefully it's a fun one today.

Peters sets a great tone for the day with a 1-2-3 inning. Escaped a would-be double down the left field line that missed by only a few feet. Strikes out Max White for out No. 3.
Bottom 1st: 0-0
Big swing and miss by Johnson on a 2-2 pitch. Overton looking pretty good to start.
Big moment here for C.J with two outs and runners on the corners.
Ump calling a small strikezone it seems today.
Hinojosa hit a tough ball for the left fielder to catch, but Haley covered ground and grabbed out No. 3. Horns go 0-for-2 with RISP in the first inning after a one-out double by Hall.
Top 2nd: 0-0
Another strikeout and two more goundouts for Peters in the 2nd. Texas' starter looking sharp so far today.
Bottom 2nd: 0-0
Both pitchers making quick work of things. Horns go down in order in the bottom of the 2nd. Bottom of the OU order coming up.
Top 3rd: 0-0
Nine up, nine down for Peters after picking up another strikeout and two more ground-ball outs. Hall's double in the first the only action we've seen so far today from either team at the plate.
Bottom 3rd: 0-0
The Dillons are trading punches early in this one. Overton has allowed one hit and has faced two more than the minimum, Peters has retired everybody so far.
Texas goes quickly in the 3rd.
Top 4th: 0-0
First Sooner of the day reaches first with a walk to Craig Aikin to start the 4th.
Big strikeout pitch by Peters for the second out of the 3rd. OU with a runner on second after a sac bunt and Peters comes back from 2-0 to get the K.
Two outs, runner on second.
Sooners strand a guy at second after two opportunities.
Bottom 4th: 0-0
Double by Payton to left with one out in the 4th. Let's see what they can do with it...
Hinojosa flies to center; Payton doesn't advance.
And a strikeout by Montalbano ends the inning. Texas now 0-for-4 after doubles by Hall (1st) and Payton (4th).
Top 5th: 0-0
The sad thing is Peters could throw a no hitter and I'm still not sure we'd win the game.
Another pitching duel at The Disch. These things are happening a lot this year. Peters still faced one more than the minimum after all three guys OU sends to the plate in the 5th fail to get the ball out of the infield.
Bottom 5th: 0-0
Here we go. Another one-out situation with a runner on second.
Gottsacker singles to center and Marlow walks to put runners on 2nd and 1st.
Johnson teases everybody with a shot just foul down the right field line. 0-2 count, one out.
There we go.
Single to center puts Texas on the board. Gottsacker running hard from second.
we got a hit with a risp!
