Burrell can go. Where'd he sign?
I think it's going to come back to bite us in the ass for not recruiting Kyle Fulks in football.
Houston. His dad coaches there.
Ridge Point High School senior Cameron Burrell is all about speed. He's looking ahead to following in his parent's footsteps as he prepares to finish his high school track and field career and move onto college in the fall.
You might be right as you can only marginally increase speed through coaching. There isn't much in his football history that would scream that however. He had 2 ints on defense and 16 receptions as a senior with 5 TDs. He had only the Baylor offer for football and the rating he got from 247 had to be entirely on potential as other services were much lower. He surely had several opportunities in track. On paper without ever seeing him, he looks like a DJM clone. DJ helped our team a lot, but had limitations too.

is the second time the hurdles? damn if this one isn't going to hurt. now it looks like the LSU "lock" may be liking Alabama.
Yes -he beat Marlon Humphrey from Hoover, Alabama who has run some incredible times.
Photo finish or something.
kid has a future in T&F
Are we playing Navarro in the next two years?
There was some serious speed at the event. The 100 final had a wind reading of 2.5 so it won't count on the national leaderboard but both Burrell and Fulks were blazing. Brown and Humphrey have gotten to know each other pretty well through track and have a friendly rivalry so that was interesting to see them with such a close finish.
On a side note, FSU signee Kermit Whitfield ran a 10.15 this weekend in Florida but the wind was 2.4 so it doesn't count either. Still ridiculously fast though.

But you'll be playing Baylor....
and Fulks won't be there...
- God Bless Texas
yes he will
Two of the very best CB prospects in the country putting up great times in a terrific race. Love it.
