All 14 teams finish in the 247 top 40. Only 5 teams from the Big 12 in the top 40.
Old Mrs. with 5 players that are 5*'s?
Does the NCAA even care that this entire conference is corupt and paying players? Did they even bother contacting the Miss. State kid that sent the tweet out yesterday?
The NCAA is completely inept
You must be as frustrated as Mack is by all this. It's just not fair.
Mack has 15 guys with a composite ranking of over 90, and the 8th best class from an average rating standpoint. Not to mention, the top offensive line class in the nation.
I doubt he's too worried about it right now, to be honest.
There's no way the top kids would want to play in the top conference when they could play for Texas and Mack Brown and get to travel to Aimes, Stillwater, Manhatten, Lawrence, Waco, Lubbock, and Norman. No way, it has to be cheating. Way to figure it out Sherlock, now go give the NCAA all the evidence you have.
To be honest, we know he isn't worried about it. It's why we suck.
Yep, Mack has zero concerns about the recruiting landscape right now. Good take.
Laquan Treadwell says hi.
Cuz every kid in America dreams of making trips to the likes of Athens,GA, Oxford,MS, Starkville,MS, Auburn,AL, Tuscaloosa,AL... and so on. Makes sense for sure.
By the way - Old Mrs. finished 8-5 and were completely dominated in their own stadium by Texas...
Again, since you are too stupid to comprehend what the kid from Mississippi State was tweeting this week... it wasn't that everything is on the up and up. Do I need to even bring up Cam Newton?
You don't have to always be an idiot! You can take a few days off sometimes.
Yep, "I live in IL, but I really want to live in Oxford, MS".... seems legit to me.
Take the top 15 only of each class and how does it compare?
The only thing that "sucks" about Texas is our current fake fans that post on this site... the dipshits that sit around and eat burritos and claim to be experts on a topic that they know absolutely NOTHING about... there's a reason you work your shitty jobs and Mack Brown is making $5 million a year and has won a national championship...
Sometimes more than one view can be correct. It seems highly peculiar that Ole Miss was able to land such an exceptional class. That said, if someone grows up with football in their blood, honestly, they probably would rather travel to Tuscaloosa, Athens, Knoxville, etc. than Lawrence, Stillwater and Ames.
Typical moron fan response who hasn't a clue of the importance of the Offensive Line.
Go play with your dolls and learn about football before making a fool of yourself.
I love fiction land... is this like the exercise the other day where "if" we took VY away from the 2005 NC team we would have sucked?
I deal in reality - you deal in your "what if" land.
Not to get way off track here but if you've ever spent a winter in Illinois, Oxford would seem about like heaven. It really is a great little town.
Yep, Oxford is a beautiful city with a very noble and interesting history.
The Old Mrs. program itself has a fantastic history... top notch.
Sally, you forgot to add the part where you say your husband Mack is a Godsend to Texas football and we should all be grateful for his presence here in our midst.
So you aren't going to do it? I really was curious how our 15 stacked up to other schools top 15 instead of their 25.
If you ever get the time to do it that would be great. I am much too lazy.
There you go. That's the Sally we all know and love.
I have never been to a SEC game, but I spent several months in Tuscaloosa and Columbia, SC and it is hard to understand what football means there. There were RV's setting up on Wednesday in Tuscaloosa for an Arkansas game. after I was in Alabama for thirty days, they told me I had to choose between Bama and Auburn and they were serious.
If you chose wrong, this would happen http://mimg.ugo.com/201012/1/5/0/135051/cuts/deliverance_480_poster.jpg
Gotta love the Southeast
The NCAA rules are designed to help schools like Ole Miss by leveling the playing field and keeping things honest. But the irony is, it's usually the pissy little schools that break the very rules designed to keep them in the game.
You wanna pay players? Ok, bring it!! Texas will RAPE college football if that's the way you want to play.
I'm also almost sure that today's SEC/Sumlin/Manziel/guttersnipe Aggy regime is probably pulling a few tricks themselves, and this should only heighten as they continue their merge into the SEC mudpit.
The obvious problem being your reality is stuck in 2005 and having a bad case of Groundhog Day.
Other than being Lane Kiffin's younger brother, guess who Chris Kiffin is?.... (I'll let you google that for yourself)
You don't say.
SEC recruiting summed up.
I've always liked this guy...

No every kid in America dreams of playing for the best teams in the best conference like the one that has won the last 6 MNCs. You realize that the kids who were recruited in this year's class last saw a non-SEC team win the MNC when they were in the 5th grade.
aggy is doing what a lot of people feared they might if they became good: giving Texas kids a chance to play in the best conference in the nation while staying close to Mom and Dad.
People way overrated college towns in the decision making process of a kid. But sure, it's just cheating. That's the only reason kids might want to go to an SEC school.
