“@CaseMcCoy6: Proud of my boy @KSTiLLS4 and the way he finished the game! Kept his team in the running! Keep it up!”
We need ou to lose to have a shot at Texas winning Big 12 and Case McCoy is telling an ou player to keep winning.....
It's what happens when your coach doesn't think ou is the only game that really counts in our season.
That's about as absurd a tweet as one can make other than the one slamming the Browns for "trading" his brother (oops). That he still has twitter after that massively erroneous decision is fairly unconscionable in and of itself.
He would not be proud of "his boy" and OU staying in it if he were hoping for what's best for his own team, as his own team needs OU to lose to win the conference. Or he's very stupid and doesn't realize that. Or he doesn't like his own team. Or he lacks judgment and for some reason wants to impress Kenny Stills.
Just another of many anti-team antics by a kid who gets more free passes than anyone else. Just off the top of my head, he's done about 10 me-first things in the last year. But he's a real leader!
Softest HC in college football breeds soft teams. This is the definition of soft. You should want to kill OU, but instead we get this. Seriously, look at the top 10 teams in the BCS right now and tell me any coach that would have any player on his team do that.
Winners aren't soft on their enemies.

While I agree Mack breeds a soft environment which blankets the entire team, this feels like a case (no pun intended) of an attitude problem by one player. A guy who has checked out and is making a passive aggressive statement against the program.
Case manufactured the only 2 Offensive TDs that Texas had against OU with only 5 completed passes in this seasons game.

Yeah, that's weak.
Checked out? Case saved the friggin' season with the drive against Kansas.
I'm not defending what he said on twitter though. I have no idea what that is about.(???)
Is it possible Case checked out after "saving the season" because he hasn't played a meaningful snap since? Come on, Brad. You're better than that.

Do you really believe that Case "Checked Out"?
I think it's a possibility. Like someone else mentioned, he has a track record of me-first antics. I don't have any inside info but he doesn't seem like a good teammate.
I don't think Case has checked out. I just think he follows the example of the leadership in the program, namely the head coach. When our HC is sending love letters to our opponent's players then why wouldn't our backup QB be tweeting love messages to our enemies? It's all about the culture. Mack is a nice guy but he's gotten too damn soft and it effects te team.
Case has been Macktized.
Case is trolling the Texas fan base.
Perhaps Case is confused by Internet pics of Stills. Does Case have a crush on someone?
He's been listening to too much Bill Pekar.
"I've heard some of our fans say, 'We were always an SEC school. We just didn't know it," athletic director Bill Byrne said.
It was so very appropriate those words were stated first. Thank you.
