I think I like him at Safety
He's going to be a good one.
Not a bad QB prospect either IMO.

I agree. He could be a difference maker at several positions, including quarterback.
Seems the opposite of Hicks in terms of the acceleration/top end speed disparity. Seals-Jones seems like when he finally gets going he has some good speed but his initial burst of acceleration is not as good. Combine that with his physical mindset and it's easy to see why he's projected at TE instead of WR. Doesn't have the pure quickness needed to separate from a top flight DB but he has the strength to handle a LB and if he gets behind a LB or S in coverage they're not going to catch him.
Obviously a phenomenal athlete and another guy that you get in the fold and let his physical maturation determine his position in the end. Plus it's always nice to have a guy that can flick the ball 45 yards while falling backwards on a roll to his left.
I agree. He looks and moves a lot like Cam Newton. He also has a nice arm to go with his athleticism.
Amazing speed for a guy that big. I know its lower level competition, but he is running away from people who have the angle on him and it is not close.
Whatever position he plays, he needs to be part of any teams defense of a Hail Mary pass.
Actually, he is right handed, but plays left just to keep it interesting.
But on a more serious note, he may challenge Shipley for some trick play throws.

I watched the Princess Bride this weekend with the kids. That part and the Iocaine powder always make me laugh.

The only thing that RSJ does not have is the top end speed that DGB has. DGB ran in the mid 4.4's and RSJ runs in the 4.5's.
I can see RSJ being used in a role similar to the way NE utilizes Aaron Hernadez if RSJ's body gains mass.
he reminds me of vince, bryant westbrook, jermichael finley and a lankier tony brackens - all in one! bring on the lynch mob!

What would separate him athletically and as a QB prospect from Swoopes? They're the same size. Is the athleticism that different?
I think Swoopes is a better runner. He seems to have more quickness to the hole.
'How does one man assert his power over another, Winston?'
'By making him suffer,.'
Has good speed...I think he is better suited at TE than WR.
RSJ players better competition at Sealy than Swoopes does at Whitewright. Just look at their schedules from last year..
Diamond Hill-Jarvis 0-11
Tom Bean 2-8
S&S Consol 0-10
Lone Oak 8-5
St. Pius X 5-7
Canyon Lake 8-2
La Grange 4-6
Wimberely 15-0 (28-27 score against 3a state champs)
A southpaw huh? Didn't know that...
That's effin' interesting, man. That's effin' interesting...
As someone else said already, I can already see a reverse to the left and a deep throw down the field. Evidently he's got a pretty damn good arm.
Love these new highlights!
If he signs with us the toughest challenge is going to be where to put him! Hell I'd try him at WR, TE, safety, QB and OLB. RSJ is a
freakish athlete with tremendous field vision. I can't get enough of his highlights! Him at safety would be a scary sight. The dude is a
ballhawk and can flat out play. He's my favorite prospect this year for sure.
RSJ is a little bigger and thicker than Swoopes... RSJ has always been left handed....
hot damn that film is crazy
6"6 225 Playing and excelling at QB(slinging it 60yds), WR, TE, S, LB, DE AND scoring 33.0ppg in basketball. Yea I'm going to go ahead and say he's one of the top athletes in the nation. After those highlights, stock will be going up for sure.
Cannot wait till wednesday when he becomes a longhorn.
