Apparently Gary is playing in Israel, was injured tonight, and is on a respirator in the hospital.
Info hard to get currently, but I saw some tweets linking players over there.
Signatures are stupid. You should block them.
Ex #UT basketball player Gary Johnson suffered injury playing for Israeli team tonight, in bad shape. Only link so far: http://bit.ly/YyKWXz
This is one of Gary Johnson's reps. RT @twoaffix: @KEYESportsBob he is in a medically induced coma at this state after emergency surgery.
MT @bigDREams_32: I chase down blocked his shot and accidentally elbowed in the forehead That cracked his skull now he in critical condition
What could have happened during the game that he is in coma? I don't think I have seen any injuries while playing basketball that could do such a thing, except for maybe a heart attack, but that is not basketball related injury. Hope he makes it through...
Pull through Gary. Longhorn nation is always here for you. Hook'Em
ok.. I see.. wow..
Damn man. Prayers for Gary.

Fractured skull from an elbow to the forehead...Jesus.
The SEC of signatures....
Prayers and the protection of Lord Saint Michael. Gary sure has been through it. I was halfway expecting a heart attack.
I hope this is true:
@bigDREams_32: Got news that @GaryJohnson44 is awake and talking, everybody keep praying for him
At least the medical facilities in Israel are top notch. More prayers indeed.
That's actually the first thing that I thought when I saw the title.
Hope everything ends up ok.
Hope that is true.

As a kid growing up, Gary was always one of my favorite players. Prayers for him and family.
I have read a few places that it was not life-threatening and they were planning on waking him up today, so hopefully he is awake and responsive now. Scary that this could happen on a basketball court...
If I remember correctly, Gary had a cardiac condition which took awhile to have approved for him to play college ball. Wonder if he was on a blood thinner which would increase his chance of a brain bleed. Hope this isn't related to that. Prayers for a fast and complete recovery.

Thoughts and prayers to the Johnson family. Get well, Gary!
He did have the cardiac condition that prevented him from playing initially.
Pulling for you Gary!!

I'm not going to entertain you any further than commenting that this is a false statement. I'd be happy to discuss this further in PM s if you so choose.
You're in my thoughts Gary. I hope you have a speedy recovery!
i dont get it
Remember Gary has or had a heart condition, I'm not sure that is a factor in this. Pray he's better.
