Looks like an interesting Spring in Eugene
From Yahoo! Sports: The NCAA's committee on infractions didn't accept Oregon's written findings as part of its probe into the relationship between the school's football program and an adviser to prep players.
Throw the book at 'em! Lock 'em up and throw the key away! Etc.
Between the now COI upcoming hearing and a PR move by hob-nob boosters to "distance" themselves, a show-cause penalty on the coach may be in the offing.
Mora and Shaw are licking their chops.
Looks like Chip will be coaching in the pros next year and Oregon will get hammered.

I thought the timing of that article was interesting too.
I like to think there was a little fist-pump when you wrote the headline
Fist pump? Pffft.. it was more like...
We could use him in Jacksonville, and Tebow.
I hope Oregon enjoyed their 15 minutes of fame. I wonder what this does to a certain RB from DeSoto?
Do you take January 8th off, because it's Elvis's birthday?
Uh HUH! UH HUH! UH HUH!!
I would normally bet on the Nike money squashing this, but the NCAA has called BS on Oregons reply and that's normally when they get rougher.
That and a disgruntled Will Lyles singing like a bird may get the desired results.
Hopefully a certain RB will take this into consideration.
People have been saying Oregon was going to get hammered for a long time now and nothing has happened. I'll believe that Oregon will get hammered when I see it. The NCAA seems to turn a blind eye to those programs that are the hot thing at the moment. Programs like Bama and Oregon will continue to break the rules and the NCAA will pretend that it is going to do something about it. This has been going on forever. When they brought the heat on TOSU the reaction was relatively swift. This seems to be no more than a dog and pony show to make the NCAA look tough.
The NCAA ought to punish all the guilty parties involved especially the coach and the players involved.
