"I don't hate you, I'm just not necessarily excited about your existence."
Haha +1 yourself. I'm almost out of Upvotes.
Do any of y'all listen to Lil Wayne? I've been real disappointed with what he's put out lately. I wish he'd go back to the old Wayne..he hasn't had a hot verse since the Hustle Hard remix...
Drop the World is prolly my favorite Wayne song
XoGisele, Ashley Sky, Niki Skyler
The Block is Hott is one of my all time favorite albums. He murdered this too man. His freestyle game is nasty now.
"Grove St. Party" (Sorry 4 The Wait)
Lil B is weak on that, and every other song.
I've up voted you fellas. Don't know that it'll help since I'm not a member but whatever. Any thread that brings up Silk and Girl U For Me is alright in my book.
Im very disappointed that this thread is over 200 posts and no mention of Hi-Five. No Kissing Game. No I Cant Wait Another Minute.

Big fan of Otis. Also like James Carr "A man needs a woman" and "The dark end of the street" and of course Sam Cooke
I don't like rap at all really, I never listened to it when I was younger and I sure don't now. It's funny though you get conditioned to certain songs for certain reasons. When I was growing up in Houston they had a "teen club" scene. There were 4 or 5 in my area. The cops and parents cracked down on them after a few years and I haven't seen them since. But anyways a bunch of 13 to 18 year olds would go to the places and grind up on each other and smoke cigarettes weed and pop whatever crap pills they stole from their parents. H-Town rap was immensly popular at the time and these three will always stick with me. It's funny if you play any of these songs in Houston everybody knows them.
Lil Keke of Houston Texas (S.U.C)
I went to those clubs when I was younger haha
High Five was nice group...too bad they didn't last long.
My fav Wayne album was The Carter..you could tell he really wanted that Greatest Rapper Alive title...
I heard about these places, but never went to them cuz well my parents would have kicked my ass haha
I think everything he made before the Carter 3 was amazing. Those mixtapes/Albums were revolutionary to Hip-Hop.
PM Dawn, dog!!!! I haven't heard them in probably 15 years! Rollin with some Bill Withers, huh? Lovely day, lovely day, love love lovely day. Haha. You just brought back so many memories with your list, man. Lots of good stuff in there, for real. +1
This sounds exactly like what we did at my highschool. We would rent out a club once a week, pay for a DJ, then everybody would get drunk, high or both and then dance and hook up.
Go back a couple of pages and read the list of some of my top songs. Your disappointment will dissipate, I promise.
