Unless Texas, Baylor, TCU or Tech wins The Big 12 Tournament no team from Texas (from The Big 12) will be in the NCAA Tournament. Unless SMU, UTEP, Stephen F Austin or aggie wins their conference tournament they will not be in the NCAA Tournament.
According KenPom Ratings Baylor has a 51 ranking, Stephen F Austin has a rating of 67, aggie has a rating of 91 and Texas has a rating of 98............what a bad year for basketball in the State of Texas. Will this be the first year I can ever remember without a Texas team in the Tournament?

"Leadership is wisdom, courage and great carelessness of self"
Baylor has wins over bubble teams Kentucky (in Rupp, no less) and BYU, as well as the win over OSU. It can still get in with a win over Kansas and a win in the first round of the conference tournament as a 6 seed over the third seed, which would be OSU or KSU in all likelihood. Maybe it will need to also beat the 2 seed in the semifinals, but if it did so, it would be a lock for the tournament.
Don't forget UT-Arlington. They are definitely coming around and are now 4th in the WAC at 11-5, though yhave to finish with road games at the second (Denver) and third (New Mexico State) teams in the conference.

SFA is leading at the half 37-34 in the Southland final. UT-Arlington plays New Mexico State later tonight.
Unless SFA or UT-Arlington win, there will be no team from Texas dancing. It would be the 1st time since 1977 that no team from Texas played in the NCAA tournament.

My Lobo's are going in; probably as a #2 or #3 seed. #2 in the country in the RPI. If Tony Snell keeps playing out of his mind like he has in March; they could be a final four team. Over 20 a game and around 22-38 from BYA in the last five games. That's after only 10 per game for the first four months.
Stephen F Austin lost in conference tournament final vs NWLA
UT Arlington lost in conference final vs New Mexico State
No Texas team in the NCAA Tournament
Looks like no team from Texas will be in the NCAA tournament for the 1st time since 1977.
Simply incredible and extremely sad
Horrible coaching by punk ass Scottie Drew.
Not to mention idiotic fouling by Deuce Bello.
Baylor was just a horribly flawed team that had no one who could match up with a SF/SG with size and scoring ability. In nearly every conference loss, someone like Pledger or McGruder or Clyburn or McLemore or McClellan had a field day.
