No, I was not a Craig Morton fan. So do you think Romo is a championship qb?
Are you? Nobody else would have given Romo the opportunities that Jerry has. I'll admit, he's turned out to be a better qb than I ever thought he would, but I didn't think he'd be any good at all.
You should know that when it comes to Dallas this is what passes for real life.
"I grew up a cowboys fan in the 60s and 70s blah blah blah not a fan anymore blah blah blah Jerry sucks"
You give him a decent running game and modest, not great protection and he will be a 2.5 to 1 TD to int ratio guy. Put a defense on the field that will avg 22-23 pts per game given up and then we will know.
Just my opinion but if he has the above, he would get them to the NFC title game at a minimum. I just think he reverts to street ball because he has too. Throwing over 600 passes a year is stupid.
You must be from Ft. Worth.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying Romo stinks. I just don't think he has the intangibles to lead a team to a championship. And back to my original point - it's Jerry's fault. If he had actually drafted a qb in the last few years, instead of discovering one, he might not be in this position.
No because it's Romo.
He's too careless with the football and is a headcase. Combine that with your headcase WR and your glass jaw running back and you've got quite the big 3
He does have 1 career playoff win, you mean that isn't enough for a $108M (SARCASM)
