Mardi Gras is amazing!
It's my understanding that only a few undergraduate courses are offered online, but no undergraduate degrees are offered in that fashion. At least that's what a couple of aggy students have told me--they'd love to be able to take all of their courses on line. Still, Manziel's still a kid and will continue to act like a college kid. Doesn't surprise me a bit.

Manziel's a competitive extremist...Heisman Trophy winning, near scratch golfer, & former All-State HS baseball player (??)
He's also on on track to graduate on-time
But Manziel's been arrested multiple times & has been heavily intoxicated in a couple of those multiple arrests...& likes casinos
There's a reason the A&M AD had to have a sit down with Manziel & his family...& it has nothing to do with the public stories that keep coming out...Maziel plays to the extremes, both good & bad
He is a Phoenix
Manziel brought the Aggies to revelance and will bring them back down in the same swoop.
Unfortunately Russell Wilson and Drew Brees say hello.......
Who cares? Sports are a multi billion dollar business, and whenever that much money is involved it's going to mean people break rules. It will always happen so why bitch about it.
I'd put up with it if it meant he played like that.
Come on now, did you make that number up or did you hear that from a friend who told his friend, who's sister was his bf?
Well then dear aggot, what pray tell is is the number of times he was arrested before college? And why? And how many other scrapes did he wriggle out of? We patiently await your complete recounting of JM's shenanigans.
I got brains. I got big ol' brains. I got dinosaur brains.
Why does this seem to be the case with most Ag's.....I remember hearing about a guy who received a letter in the barrel they gave him at graduation, basically stating that he did not receive enough credits to graduate and thus did not receive his degree. Imagine having to tell your parents who are ready to take pics with the diploma and celebrate after the ceremony that the only thing in that barrel was a letter stating that he had to go back one more semester....

It was common knowledge in the recruiting community. Why do you think at kid with this athletic ability would be a 3 star by most recruiting services?
"Leadership is wisdom, courage and great carelessness of self"
Is he an NFL QB prospect?
Disciplina praesidium civitatis
would Chip Kelly like to have him?
LOL. Love it.
The Longhorn fans that have sour grapes because of Manziel winning the Heisman are beyond embarrassing.
Poor comparison...brees is easily two inches taller and both wilson and brees have superior arms. Manziel more closely matches colt arm strength while being doug flutie height. Manziel can still improve arm and might grow some though.
Brees easily two inches taller?
NOPE. Not even close.
Manziel's arm is plenty strong, and he already is a great college player. We're talking about being an NFL prospect here. He may have a long and successful pro career, but the NFL won't use a high pick on a QB without having prototypical size and physical attributes. Therefore, his coming out early is just not probable at all.
Whichever embarrassment of a Texas fan it was, downvote me all you like for saying that the Longhorn fans that have sour grapes are an embarrassment when it comes to their attempts to criticize Manziel. It doesn't change the fact that you are carrying on like an inferior little shit.

Ha...Manziel is actually taller than Brees. He is 9 pounds thinner, but I doubt that hurts him arm strength. He has shown he can get the ball down the field, so I think he will get a good look in the NFL. Like many have said, I'm sure Chip Kelly would trade up to draft him...
Sin..........can't you find some friends on the aggie site? You seem to spend a lot of time posting on the Longhorns site..........sorry your Heisman winner is a drunk and a poor student. But as Judge Judy always says..........you picked him.
In fairness, I think JFF is closer to 6' than the listed 6-1.
But it's also a new day for QBs in the NFL. Just listened to Tony Dungy on the radio talking about how there's definitely going to be a place for these QBs now, but not everywhere.
That said, I don't know if he'll be ready to come out after next year, but I suspect he will just because he'll probably feel he's ready to take the next step.

The NFL is becoming more like college football, not the other way around. The prototypical QB is a thing of the past.
Which is why a prototypical NFL QB (tall, huge arm, white) from freaking Delaware just won the Super Bowl.
