With so many schools now making offer to mere sophomores, is there such thing as a "conditional offer"? Meaning, the offer only stands based on the player meeting certain measurable benchmark and not pull any knuckle-headed stunts? Or are we simply not in a position to make such demands?
I'm really looking at this as a way to force other schools like Bama to follow the same set of rules, because it sure feels like they've got offers our to half the high school kids currently playing high school football.
