Was also at that game, think Rashad Lewis was a sophmore. Elsik also had Shea Whitey who was there go-to guy, and he was tough. But I thought Rashad Lewis was going to special after watching that game. David Boston had such a sweet 3 point jumper, it was effortless.

Cedric Benson, but it was in baseball.
I went 0-8 against Burt Hooton in high school. He only struck me out seven times.
"I've heard some of our fans say, 'We were always an SEC school. We just didn't know it," athletic director Bill Byrne said.
Eddie George when he played at Fork Union. We held him under 100 yards. Good guy.
I, very randomly, partied with him in Scottsdale one night. Very cool guy.
Played against AJ Abrams growing up in bball. (in pee-wee, summer league, and high school. He dominated all of them.)
Only played football for two years (7th and 8th grade) and AJ may have been the best I played against in that sport also, I'm not sure.
FYI I'm slow and white.
Troy Vincent, former NFL cb. I watched him knock himself out on a goalpost.
Probably Leon Lett in college.
You must have played against some talent if Leon Lett only warrants "probably".
Bill Boy Bryant, awesome HS quarterback and a great golfer. Married and divorced Deloss Dodds daughter.
Theres a joke in here somewhere
Well this is gonna give my age away.Eric Dickerson Sealy tigers. We beat him all but his senior year. They beat Wylie for state that year.Johhny Holland Hemstead QB!beat him all four years. We made him cry his senior year after we beat them something like 66-0.he went on to be an all pro linebacker for the Packers.
Riley Odoms from Corpus Christi-West Oso went to UH and played TE for Denver

Brett Anderson, son of Frank Anderson and currently pitching for the Oakland A's. Went 2-3 of him but the guy threw gas and his deuce was stupid.
CJ Henry, brother of basketball star Xavier Henry was drafted 9th overall by the Yanks. That guy was lightening quick and hit the longest bomb I've ever seen any high schooler it. They said it was 440+ and I believe it. Oh, with a wooden bat I might add.
My younger brother played against Bryce Harper almost every summer. He played on a traveling team called the Elite and they'd fly him in from Vegas to play a weekend tournament. He also played against him the summer he moved to Oklahoma to play for Southmoore high schools summer team. Probably the best high school player I've ever seen.
Billy Waddy, Boling (and later CU and LA Rams). They were in our district and won state his Sr. year.
IDMAS, I was teammates with George Woodard at Van Vleck. What high school did you attend?
The other choice was Willie Davis in college, who was a pretty good receiver with the Chiefs.
All old guys, but all were very good:
Roger Wherli...MO...NFL HOF
Hale Irwin...CU (yes, the golfer, all big 8 db)
Larry Jacobson...NU (just worked out with him when he was HS sr...Outland Trophy Winner)
John Matuszack (sp)...various...#1 draft pick...just tried to recruit him when he was in JUCO...
i played against Willis Mackey from Luling in the early 70s and also Alfred Jackson from Caldwell, both were very fast
Played on the Randolph team that knocked you out of the playoffs.
Gerry H's Dad coached the Frienswood team that returned the favor the next week.
Randolph would play the Sealy Dickerson team (Randolph and Sealy squared off a few times in the playoffs, at least 3 I know about). We (team not me, after my time) held Dickerson to very little through 3 quarters before he exploded for over 100 yards and 3 TDs in the 4th.
he was doing an appearance for the Marines and my brothers unit and one of the wives scored me an autographed football.
Heard he went out of his way to support the troops.
Holland was an aggie wasn't he? So was George Woodard, the original refrigerator.
Head to head would be Stockar McDougle, while in JUCO, he was OT w/ Navarro, I was DE at Ranger--2 sacks on the day for me
Michael Bishop two years in a row while he was at Blinn...
In HS at Clear Lake, it would be Johnny Humphrey & Casey Hampton from Ball High, Shaun Rogers from La Porte, and Quintin Jammer from Angleton
