Looks like folks like Florida State as the destination.
With all four teams still seemingly in the running for Andrew Wiggins four finalists.
There has been FSU, Kentucky and even Europe/sit out a year rumors in recent weeks.
I picked against Cal/Kentucky on Crystal Ball...hard to feel good about that.
National Director of Scouting & Recruiting Analyst
I'm looking for a Rick Barnes surprise.
...@ this point, Calipari should be the guess with any of these 5* players that have UK as a finalist...
Whether Cal's recruiting tactics suck or not, he's getting the 5*s every single year...not gonna start betting against him now
Unless he is coming to Texas I don't see why anyone would care. Now I will wait while everyone tells me why.
Because some of us are interested in recruiting...whether its Texas or others
He might go to KU. That would have an effect on our season, and it might cause another top 60 type recruit to try to leave the KU program. I don't think it will happen, but KU is one of the four finalists.
I did think that would be a reason to care but I see know way that is happening.
So you just want to know where he lands and then you are happy for that team? Do you become a fan of that team? The only way it would involve Texas is if Kansas got him and there is no way that is happening.
Wiggins decision today impacts the 2013-14 college hoops season. He's that level of a talent.
Why do I have to be interested in recuiting if it only involves Texas? & why do I need your useless, bullshit approval to follow recruiting stories that don't involved Texas?
First of all I didn't ask you for my approval so slow down when you read. I am trying to understand what it is that makes it interesting for you. Are you a fan of him? Do you just like the process of recruiting top 5 talent? Just asking, not telling you who you should like or don't like. And I am not saying you should only care if it involves Texas. I said I ONLY CARE if it involves Texas.
I am aware of how talented he is. I have seen the videos of him play and the comments that he would be the number one pick this year. They compare it to when Greg Oden was being recruited. I find that interesting because it was Durant who ended up being the real star. He could get a team to the final four but I don't see him doing it at Florida State. Kentucky and North Carolina would be the safe bets. I am well aware of how good people are projecting him to be.
"Unless he is coming to Texas I don't see why anyone would care." - that's your quote.
Some people just like recruiting in general. Some people just like recruiting when it comes to their team. Nothing wrong with either.
This is a huge story that will have a big effect on the upcoming season. Any NCAA hoops fan (not just a fan of a certain team) can appreciate that.
Rockets fans - this is Mitchell Wiggins' kid. The kid's mom was an Olympic sprinter.

I like recruiting when Texas is involved and I follow players that they missed out on during their time in college so I can see how they turned out. I can see how people like certain players and want to see where they end up. I know there has not been a guy like this in a while so that is certainly interesting. Thank you for telling me why you like it. That is all I was trying to find out.
When was the last one?
XoGisele, Ashley Sky, Niki Skyler
I wonder if this means Andrew White is going to leave. He just watched Kansas get Greene, Selden, and Andrew Wiggins in this class, and he played a grand total of 41 minutes in Big 12 games last year.
I can't think Greene and Selden are completely happy, either.
Yeah, Ellis is a sophomore, I know, and Tharpe is around to play point, but Self is about to show everyone how it can be done with a team dominated by freshmen.
And to think 18 months ago, I was talking about how the 2011 and 2012 classes for Texas were going to be blending into a championship caliber team in 2013-14.

Whoa! Now it matters. Hey at least you can see him play in person. Another year of getting blown out twice. Well that was probably going to happen anyway. Wonder what Barnes thinks? "We are more disciplined so we should win.
Post less. For your sake.
Big surprise there.
