They have Kenny Vaccaro going 18th to the Cowboys.

I think KV is the best safety in the draft.
But I also think the Cowboys would waste his skills and have a bad fit in Monte's antiquated Tampa-2.
I don't think he falls that low, personally. Just basing that on what I've heard from those close to KV.
Seems like he won't fall past the Dolphins
If he does, then I think the Rams scoop him up.
No scheme is antiquated if you have the personnel to run it. KV is a more athletic John Lynch. KV can operate at a high level in all defenses.
Then again, it is the freakin Cowboys

The buzz in Dallas is Cowboys homers will be angry if Vaccaro is the pick because you're basically wasting his skills in the Tampa-2. Sheldon Richardson or an offensive lineman is the preferred pick apparently.
I would love for Richardson or one of the OGs to be there at 18.
If it plays out that way in terms of who is selected in the 1st round (which is never does)...by conference...
SEC - 12
Pac-12 -- 5
ACC - 5
Big 12 - 4
National Director of Scouting & Recruiting Analyst
The mock first round by state played high school ball in...
4 - Texas and Georgia
3 - Florida
2 - Louisiana, California, Alabama, Missouri, International
1- North Carolina, South Carolina, Arizona, Utah, Pennsylvania, Washington, Maryland, Indiana, Hawaii and Michigan
If the trio of guys from the state of Florida do go in the first round, that is three more from South Florida.
Dade, Broward Counties and Palm Beach produce the most talented dudes in the country based on my travels.
Houston area and Atlanta area are 2nd and 3rd for me.
