Below from ESPN...
“I’m looking for a coach that I can trust,” said Randle, who is No. 2 in the ESPN 100. “He’s not recruiting me off my name but he really wants to push me.”
"At this juncture, that means Ohio State, Kentucky, NC State, Kansas, Duke and North Carolina. Randle’s been to most of them, if not all of them, at different points in his storied high school career. Regardless, his recruitment is a process."
"Randle said he would require all five visits. “I’ve been waiting for this the whole time,” he said."
"Randle indicated Kentucky (which he hasn’t been to since his freshman season), NC State and Duke would definitely receive visits. The remainder of the summer is about positioning for the other two visits and seeing who commits the time to recruit him in July."

mcb...............do we get a visit? If he wants a coach who will push him then Barnes is the man!

I hate Telep's presentation there. It boils down to the following syllogism:
1) Randle wants a coach who will push him;
2) (Implied assumption that only certain coaches will push him);
3) therefore, Randle wants to go to the school of one of those few coaches.
With that conclusion from that predicate, Telep's logic must yield an implied assumption that Matta, Calipari, Gottfried, Self, Shuh, and Williams are the only coaches who would push a talented kid.
What complete crap.
Telep likes sheep.
- God Bless Texas
Meant to ask this on the top 100 thread, but assuming Texas strikes out on Frazier and Randle, who are the next guys in line? Are there 2 or 3 scholarships in play? Will it have to be "the right 3" for Texas to go to 3?
Just me, but it all starts with the D/FW region...just remarkable how Texas is almost off-limits to the most talented kids from this area
Harrison Twins, Randle, Smart, Bosh, Nash, etc, etc, etc...& I'm not expecting Frazier to Texas as well
FWIW -Harrison twins are from the Houston area.
My bad...I was thinking they were from the Flower Mound area
And Justise Winslow from the following class is leaning UNC right now. Texas is not going to be an option.
Shame. He tore it up in Kaunas.
Sad day when crooked politics has a big player in the state like Texas not even able to clean up their own state.
Really? That's surprising.
They really are not from Texas if you go back far enough
Where is LHN when you need them?
I think they were originally from Baltimore, or their folks were, but they've been in texas ever since early elementary school
Did our Canadian pipeline run dry?
Rodney Terry recruited those guys. He left for Fresno State in April, 2011.
