Shuttlesworth was actually the ONLY person that never said Austin was the guy. He was pretty consistent in saying that his best source kept telling him Austin was not the guy.

There are plenty of things to nail him on, but that isn't one of them.

Not true. They just focus on a different part of the news cycle. There's a place for both. They have informed insiders, and focus on news at the rumor stage. If you have a pretty good tolerance to deals that fall apart, you can understand where the staff is leaning. But disinformation, the changing structure of the program, and the nature of that type of reporting will mean less than 100% accuracy, and periods of silence.

But they don't put their name on the blog, so it's buyer beware. They are the best "rumor" site for the longhorns on the net (at least, the best with an open membership. You can bet that big time boosters have their own private email groups.)

This site has excellent journalistic integrity and a great work ethic, and some of the best technology on the net. It's the best pay site hands down for my money.

I think both sources are excellent. This site is much more professional, great for the earliest possible confirmed news. Recruitocosm is a great site for unqualified, well-informed rumors.

You just need to be able to filter what you read.

You may be right about Austin if so that is the only thing hes said that is correct in the past month, I understand his "blog" is free and hes just voicing his opinion on things which fine. I' m just tired of his fanboys running to all the Longhorn forums stating JS said "XXXXX" like it means something
