Can't believe the Browns wasted a 1st round pick on the guy when they could have drafted players to give Colt a little more protection, a little more speed and hands on the outside after taking Richardson.
Unbelievable... and Colt outplayed those guys in preseason, too, working with 2nd teamers.

I enthusiastically agree. Unbelievable pick. Andrew luck or RGIII, I can see. But Weeden!!! Idiots!!! Why not wait a year and get Barkley. The only thing that makes this pick look good is Miami's pick of Tannehill !!!

When the playcall breaks down, Wheeden is terrible with trying to extend the play. McCoy is going to play this year and I suspect sooner then later.

It was an even dumber pick than Tannehill because they already had a guy in Colt who has proven to be a tireless worker and can make plays when he's got a team around him. Instead of getting value for that late first rounder they take a guy who is already old for NFL standards and who sucks.

No, but it's up there with the worst.
T. Hasselbeck went 6/26 for 56 yards and 4 INT against the Cowboys once, and Craig Morton had a a 4/15 for 39 yards and 4 INT against the Cowboys in the Super Bowl, but I grant you things are easier for the offense now than they were then.

I think Colt would have been much more efficient than Weedon irregardless. I thought Holmgren would have been a better front office guy but he either sucks or is gutless. Hard to say for sure. Could be both I guess.
