I remember Jeff Leiding playing between 240 to 255 in the early '80s... and that was huge back then! Played with # 60 on his chest his Junior & Senior years in 83-84.

“He's a big stickler for the little things. He loves the footwork drills and the cone drills with the receivers. They spend a lot of time working on staying sharp and being explosive out of their breaks and doing all of the little things before catching the ball is even brought into the picture.”
Reminds me of reading about Coach Tom Landry. Read he was a big stickler on footwork and details with Receivers. Receivers were surprised at his innate knowledge.
