It seems to me Mack and Bill are trying real hard to sell us "the new normal". They really have an over inflated opinion of their persuasive abilities if they think we're buying what their selling. Not to take anything away from Case, but take the cape off of him Bill! As for the joy of success, UT doesn't define success as edging out an overmatched opponent. Therefore, there is no success to be joyful about in the first place so we diminished nothing.

Bill Little needed to retire 20 years ago.

Bill Little is a good guy who has for the most part committed himself to making the university a better place. He deserves to be held in high esteem IMO.

That being said, he is paid to write only the positive, not the negative. That's reality and he's aware of it as well as any. So are the people in Belmont.

Don't you dare discount that 1-6 KU team that lost to Rice at home. Don't you dare, you ungrateful fans. This wasn't your typical terrible KU team that we blow out in Lawrence.
