Interesting. So Heard has a teammate and family in AZ.
As of right now, is he Texas #1 choice for 2014?

From what I've heard (and I'm no mod), he is the top choice. He's a safe take, he'll be pretty good but upside that could make him great. I've also heard that he'll be an early commit/ bell cow.
