I really think the governor needs to take this study into account. Then he could stop pushing for $10,000 degree programs at The University, allot an additional $45 for every undergrad, and begin urging for $9,955 degree programs.

And now you know why colleges are willing to run deficits in athletics and do anything they can to compete at the highest level they can afford.
Schools that compete at high D-I consider it marketing, first and foremost.

I guess that figure includes the recruiting analysis provided by Bob Costas, as well. Be interesting to see the estimated spike in tourism dollars based on the British guy's appearance at the awards interview.

If you're talking about when Costas was interviewing that bald guy, I thought that was hilarious.
I think Costas was the only person there who didn't know the kid had already committed to us.
