Assistant Coach Tracker (Monday running updates)

We are going to keep running tab of where we get word the Texas staff is going this week.
A lot of college staffs were on the road in Texas last week, but not Texas due to game prep for Kansas State.
Texas will be out in full force this week.

Kyle Hicks has his in-home/school visit with Mack Brown Dec. 11. Hicks will NOT be visiting Texas this weekend due to his knee surgery.
Hicks said he will visit in January, but doesn't have the date yet.

What are the odds UT closes with any of the JUCO targets?

There are really only two definite high school offers out there right now for 2013. Andrew Billings and Caleb Benenoch. I think the momentum is very positive for Billings.
The juco guys are different. Momentum is not to them what you think it maybe should be. They just want to find a good place to play and get after it.
For 2014, momentum is unquestionably waning. The VY-Colt McCoy halo effect is coming to a close.
The Horns better put up on the field or it'll be a long recruiting season.
