I'm going out on a limb here and saying Kansas skates on this.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) -- A Kansas man at the center of a large-scale marijuana case allegedly supplied the drug to multiple players from the 2010-11 Kansas men's basketball team, a federal prosecutor said.

There's quite a distance between 'drug dealer sits behind bench at games' and 'school knows about drug dealer who sits behind bench at games.'
As far as I can tell, the reason this story was written is because of the volume this dealer was caught moving, which made it a federal case. Unless there's more to this, for instance something like Kansas players helped move product, this is much ado about nothing. Whether players buy from small time dealers or from a guy further up the food chain is irrelevant. It's still sounds like small amounts of the ganja were bought by, and likely consumed by, these athletes. Local news at best. Again, that is, unless there's more to it, which the writer doesn't seem to imply.

I'm of the belief people will have what they want. Weed and alcohol is what they want, both were and are a losing battle. Regardless, not big news to be used in CFB or any other college or professional sport.

I'll go with C for football. Probably D for basketball. Honestly, I have no issue with natural pot. The new synthetic cannabis derivatives may be a different animal though. These drugs seem to cause an extreme psychosis in at least some user.

A Texas man snapped and went “zombie,” while tripping on a designer drug. He ate his family dog while the pooch was still alive, police said.
Michael Daniel, 22, was smoking synthetic marijuana, known as "spice" or "K-2," at his home on Jun 14, when he suddenly started attacking his family members and neighbors, running around on all fours and barking and growling like an animal, local station KAIT television reported.
Witnesses said that Daniel then grabbed his family's dog, beat it, choked it and then bit off chunks of its flesh.
Police later found him on a front porch with blood smeared on his face and clothes. They took him to a hospital.
Police arrested him on Monday on felony animal cruelty charges.
