2013 Top 247 Football Recruits

The 247Sports rankings are determined by our recruiting analysts after countless hours of personal observations, film evaluation and input from our network of scouts. Players are ranked by position, grouped qualitatively with a star ranking and given a numerical ranking based on their future potential.

In the state top 20 . . . there are only 2 defensive players.
Either, something is wrong with the rankings or we are going to see some crazy scoring going on this year in the HS ranks.

In fact, by my unofficial look through the rankings, the only Texas commit that didn't slide in the rankings was Durham Smythe who moved from 174 up to 170.

You have to go to the kid's page. In their timeline it says where they came in the last time 247 updated the rankings.
