  • I thought our conversation about the 3-3-5 defense was the most intriguing part of the show. We discussed the topic from all angle and stayed on the topic for about 18 minutes, It starts around the 8-minute mark.

  • First I want the three backups Swoop, Overstreet, and Brewer get the entire second half so they can be looked at under the microscope. Can Overstreet throw the football and how good are his wheels? I want to see what Swoops does and compare with Overstreet.

Another question is do we have tight ends that can catch and BLOCK.

Then we need to see how the defense tackles. Did #17 really improve like all these reports claim?

Can this offensive line perform on a level comparable to the 2005 offensive line? Want to see solid run blocking and NO loading and taking off plays.

How will SANTOS perform at middle linebacker? And then Edmonds. How has he improved?

  • Redeemed1... Those are some great things to look for. I can't wait for next week's episode. We will definitely have a ton of things to talk about.

  • I really liked the way Texas used their personnel in the 3-3-5 defense during the spring game. I know we will talk in-depth about that and many other things in this week's episode. The DB rotation would seem to be quite solidified after the spring game and I can't wait to get Rod opinion.

  • Jeff Howe

I was hoping there would be more opinions on Selvin's choice to go into the food trailer manufacturing industry.

  • It sounds like a pretty good idea by Selvin. I am pretty sure ts that our guest for this week's show is quite familiar with food trucks and knows Selvin quite well.

  • Really looking forward for the post spring game episode. A lot of good stuff to talk about.

We will also be able to get back to some of the questions from all of listeners once everything slows down after our spring game conversation(s).

Also, feel free to post any other questions/topics in these weekly threads. I keep every question posted by the listeners and we should be able to get to all of them during the offseason.
