Abilene Cooper's Lorenzo Joe was Texas' first commitment of the 2014 class and is planning on having a big year on the football field. However, it won't be at his normal position, as the 6-foot-3, 180-pound four star receiver is moving under center to be the Cougars signal caller for the next two seasons.
